Elmer Hoover
The first of the photos above shows Elmer Hoover and his wife Anna. The second photo is a picture of Anna by herself.
I have been unable so far to locate a marriage record for the two, but I have been able to find out that Anna's maiden name
was Anna M. Wantlin.
